Spicy Sweet Potatoes
We're trying this for a less sweet option for sweet potatoes at Thanksgiving. I'll let you know how it goes.
4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with oil. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat sweet potatoes evenly.
Spread sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet. Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
